Today, the company counts more than 60 employees. It was founded in 2004 by a group of professionals from large international consulting and industrial companies, who realised before anyone else how crucial the issue of reputation would become in the years to come.

Ingegneria Reputazionale® is a rigorous methodology for designing, managing, protecting and optimising digital identity and reputation on the web, and it’s the only one to offer a service dedicated to designing the digital identity of companies and professionals. Ingegneria Reputazionale® is based on the close synergy between analysis and intervention tools, which combine technological, marketing, communication and legal skills to support a complete management of the reputational cycle.
HIGH TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION
Reputation Manager develops proprietary technologies and innovative methodologies for the analysis and multi-channel management of online content, aimed at monitoring and managing reputation and online presence. Many of its innovations are new to the national scene.
PRIMARY EXPERIENCE IN REPUTATIONAL ISSUES
Reputation Manager has managed over 1,600 cases, reports and requests for intervention for the defence and protection of digital identity and has carried out over 600 web reputation analysis and management projects on behalf of national and international companies, institutions and organisations. It has primary experience in re-establishing the correctness of information, removing annually over 10,000 pieces of content identified as harmful to the digital identity of its clients.
NATIONAL PRESS MONITORING CENTERS AND RESEARCHES
For many years, Reputation Manager has entertained constant editorial collaborations with major national newspapers. Thanks to its analytical and consulting skills, it provides scenario analyses, research and interpretation of phenomena.
RESEARCH, TRAINING AND ATTENTION TO SOCIAL ISSUES
As a research institute, Reputation Manager has set up the first Italian specialisation course in “Reputation Management” and participates in various training programmes within universities, institutions and companies.
In particular, since 2016, Reputation Manager has been working with various middle and high schools in Lombardy, in collaboration with Co.Re.Com Lombardia, with the intention of educating the students and teachers in order to promote a more conscious use of the web, thus preventing the increasingly widespread phenomenon of cyberbullying.
For this project, Reputation Manager won the 4th edition of the AIF Adriano Olivetti Award in the “Professional trainers” category.
In 2011, Reputation Manager won the National Innovation Award presented by the President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano.
